We had a great stay! The pool was clean, the atmosphere was quiet, and the beds were ultra-comfy. the location is perfect, right near a grocery store!

During my stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, the comfortable beds ensured a restful night, and the breakfast options, including fresh meat, were a delightful surprise. However, the lack of security due to ineffective entrance doors overshadowed the positives. Multiple thefts occurred, with items stolen from our group, and the management provided no compensation or assurance. While the staff was generally friendly, their response to the theft issue was disappointing. This experience marred what could have been a pleasant visit.

My family and I had a fun time exploring the Cherokee Historic District. The museum was fascinating, and the kids loved the park right next to it. The staff made sure our stay was pleasant, and we enjoyed the variety of breakfast options, especially the waffles.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the hotel had a playground for the kids to burn off some energy.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a pretty good time. The staff were super friendly (except for one lady who seemed a bit off). The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were kept clean. Just would've liked if they switched the towels a bit more often. Overall, comfy spot for the price!
